Chicago - How about a Good Day shoutout to a local high school
student who is giving back in a big way.
Brett Copeland, of Tinely Park, put together a massive toy drive,
raised more than $3,000 and collected hundreds of toys and gift
cards.
All of it went to the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation in Orland Park. They give toys and gifts to children that are diagnosed with cancer.
Copeland did it in memory of his dad, who died of cancer. His efforts also helped him achieve the rank of Eagle Scout.
